Delreo Norris is passionate about people, purpose, and pets. In her professional life, she serves as an Office Supervisor with Allied Aviation, where she specializes in HR and Accounting. She also brings a rich background from her 20+ year career at Verizon, where she worked across Fleet Services, Customer Support, and IT. Her academic achievements include a BA in Business Management from American Intercontinental University and a Paralegal Certification from George Mason University.

Beyond her corporate work, Delreo is a certified Peer Support Specialist and the founder of ChiLife, a wellness company that empowers individuals living with depression to manage life with the support of pet therapy. She believes in meeting people where they are, and that healing often begins with simple acts of love, connection, and care.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her curled up with a good book or enjoying time with her four beloved pets — the inspiration behind much of her community work.
